Based on our finding from the Home Energy Audit, we may recommend adding additional ventilation such as a bathroom or kitchen exhaust fan. Additional ventilation may sometimes be required if the end result of air sealing and insulation proves the house to be “too tight” with insufficient fresh air exchange. Situations like this, however, are relatively rare.
